 How do I know if this works for me?

 Do I need a gym or weights?

We do recommend either dumbells or bands as we tried to mix them into the workout.  You wont ever need heavy weights if your plan is to stay lean and mean.

What if I miss a day?

The name of the game for results is consistency.  We understand things happen, life gets busy, but get back on track.  Maybe double up a workout day to make up, or just do a 5 min ab workout to get something in.  Small victories happen when you do what others are not willing to.  Find a way back and stay consistent.

 What if I lose so much weight that I have to buy new clothes?

That is a great problem to have.  My old boss used to say, "don't worry about paying more taxes that just means you are making more."
It is the same concept here, losing weight and getting healthy is the name of the game and a good problem to have.

 What if I cheat on the food side?

Then you are human.  Again, consistency is the name of the game.  We created the program to be a lifestyle not a fad.  Get back on track and be willing to stick with it so you can be healthier than you ever thought possible.
