This is a guideline for men to create the Warrior within themselves, to create a strong mind, body and soul. It has been my lifelong mission to find how to be a great husband, father, business owner/employee and not sacrifice my God given temple.

Consistency is the key to success with our program more than anything else.
If you can build good habits with the food that goes into your body, work your muscles intensely a few minutes a day, you will build lean muscle and shed fat faster than you ever though possible.
This is one reason why focusing on reducing the inflammation in the body is so important.
Once we have inflammation at a manageable level we can continue to build strength and increase workout intensity.
