You Don't Have to Feel Like You Are losing Everything You Have Worked For...It's Time for Transformation

If you are like me you were sick of seeing your dad bod show up everytime you looked at a picture of yourself.  I was frustrated and didn't know where to start with the limited time I had each day.

​It's not that the physical appearance is everything, but without taking care of the temple you were blessed with, it is difficult to clear the mind and soul.

I decided I was going to take my knowledge of the last 20 years of exercising mix in everything I had learned about kinesthetics, targeting exercises, supplements, mental health, spiritual connectedness and diet management, making myself a human guinea pig.

The results were amazing! I was working out less, eating healthier, and achieving better results than I had in 20 years!

As time has gone on, more and more people keep asking what I am doing to stay in such great shape.

It was at this point I decided I needed to share this with other men. I could see men my age were struggling and unhappy like I was.

That was the creation of the 40+ Warrior Brand. A brand created for men that struggle with loss of time, energy, and muscle.

Okay, I get it you don't know me from the next person.

I was just like you not too long ago. Sick of watching these 20-year-olds tell an me I needed to spend 2-3 hours per day to achieve the body I wanted.

The picture to the left was me on Spring Break which made me decide enough was enough.

But I have kids, work, and a marriage, housework and I didn't have the time or want to spend that amount of time working out.

I knew there had to be a better way, it was my mission to figure out how to achieve what I know I and so many others needed.

Below are the areas that were my key to turning things around and fast!

  • Food:  I needed to start looking at food as fuel instead of a habit.  Optimal fuel takes work and consistency.  Exploring natural supplements became essential to reduce inflammation in the body, increase energy and maximize muscle creation.
  • Excercise: I needed a program that I could stay consistent with 2-3 days a week for the rest of my life or I would fall back into the same habits as before.  2-3 hours per day was not an option.
  •  Rest: I needed to put away the distractions at nighttime to get the proper 6-8 hours of rest so I could hit my workouts and stick to healthy eating.

Look I am not saying it was easy, but utilizing the WARRIOR mindset and staying consistent with short workouts got me to where I am today and getting stronger every day. 

The images to the right was after 3 years on the program and winning my age bracket in a Spartan Race in 2025 and taking 7th overall, beating most 20 and 30 year olds!
