If you are like me you were sick of seeing your dad bod show up everytime you looked at a picture of yourself.  I was frustrated and didn't know where to start with the limited time I had each day.

I decided I was going to take my knowledge of the last 20 years of exercising mix in everything I had learned about kinesthetics, targeting exercises, supplements and diet management and make myself a human guinea pig.

The results were amazing! I was working out less, eating healthier, and achieving better results than I had in 20 years!

As time has gone on, more and more people kept asking what I was doing to stay in such great shape.

It was at this point I decided I needed to share this with other men. I could see they were struggling and unhappy like I was.

That was the creation of the 40+ Warrior Brand. A brand created for men that struggle with loss of time, energy, and muscle.

Okay, I get it you don't know me from the next person.

I was just like you not too long ago. Sick of watching these 20-year-olds tell an old guy he needed to spend 2-3 hours per day to achieve the body he wanted.

The picture was me on Spring Break which made me decide enough was enough.

But I have kids, work, and a marriage, housework and I didn't have the time or want to spend that amount of time working out.

There had to be a better way.

Below are the areas that were my key to turn things around and fast!

  • Food:  I needed to start looking at food as fuel instead of a habit.  Optimal fuel takes work and consistency.  Exploring supplements became essential to reduce inflammation in the body, increase energy and maximize muscle creation.
  • Excercise: I needed a program that I could stay consistent with 2-3 days a week for the rest of my life or I would fall back into the same habits as before.  2-3 hours per day was not an option.
  •  Rest: I needed to put away the distractions at nighttime to get the proper 6-8 hours of rest so I could hit my workouts and stick to healthy eating.

Look I am not saying it was easy, but utilizing the WARRIOR mindset and staying consistent got me to where I am today and going strong. See the my image post 40+ Warriors workouts below.
